(8,556 posts)People born in July, August, and September were conceived in October, November, and December. Less than 1/3 of December falls during winter. Conceptions seem to taper off in the coldest months of January and February.
It seems that the fall is the mating season, which is something I've long suspected, actually. If I'm not mistaken there are a fair amount of other mammals that do the same thing.

to be born in April your folks got busy in hot and sweaty July/August... they are probably freaks...
I bet the prevalence of AC is shifting this...
