When Repuicans met on Inauguration Day to plot the demise of the Obama admin. When they came out on day one presser and said it was their #1 priority to see that POTUS failed, did you not believe them? These people violated their oaths of office and should have been removed long ago. Republicans are a cancer to America.

They said from day 1 that their entire job was to get in the way of the Obama Administration.

Now, the real question is, why did the President suddenly want to be all chummy with them and the Bush Admin as soon as the Election was over?

my first thought was that it was like a planning session of the KKK. However, I forced myself to reason that it was just McConnell running his mouth and most of the Republicans would come around. Boy, was I wrong!

I don't understand why this wouldn't fall under treason. It burns me that I am paying their salaries and for what? Why have they wasted so much money repealing ACA, chasing Hillary on Benghazi and all their other hearings that proved false? How many millions have they wasted on their folly?

The Republican party is so far off their charted course, how can they get anyone to vote for them?

Speaking of, what's happened to Rove? Where's Cheney?

that while this is correct, if one thinks back a bit, the GOP plan has always been to sacrifice the nation in order to reach their goals (make the government small enough to drown in a bathtub by strangling it with debt from tax cuts and a unnecessary war so that it has no means of doing much of anything), there have been variations on the theme but, the smaller government theory has very much been about redistribution of wealth from the poor & middle class to the wealthy for a very, very long time.
