I've known this guy for a long time and he needs some help.

He is a great guy, never has a bad word to say about anyone, works hard and has hit some bad times with medical bills in Virginia which has not expanded medicare. One of the best drummers I have ever known, and that is saying a lot. Please help him in any way you can. Any questions and I will be glad to answer.

although I, being old, have never even heard of them.

This is jazz I can for sure get into.

When I first read the OP on the video posted, I thought Ginger Baker was broke again and in trouble.
