And in what timezone was that screenshot taken in?

Twitter tends to time stamp the post to the local timezone of the user.

My evidence:

According to WRCB TV Chattanooga, the shooting happened around 10:45am their time.

http://www.wrcbtv.com/story/29563843/officer-involved-shooting-at-us-naval-reserve

If you embed the tweet and put your mouse over the date/time, it will show (Time posted: 16 Jul 2015, 17:34:05 (UTC))
https://twitter.com/K_H_O7777777777/status/621734561228177408

So I googled "17:34:05 UTC to ET" and it said "5:34 PM Thursday, Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) is 1:34 PM Thursday, Eastern Time (ET)"

I changed the timezone on my computer from PT to ET just to be sure and it shows that it was posted at 1:34 PM ET. The UTC timestamp remained the same.

or not.

Some folks will take GREAT pleasure if it is them though.

The problem with that is under Obama we see almost NONE of this, under ANY con prez it would be far worse.

For the obvious reasons.

They've now successfully brought the war to our country.

Intelligence communities call this "blowback". We armed Sunni extremist groups to fight Assad, many of whom either declared allegiance to Isis or surrendered weapons to them.

Whichever government official decided to arm Sunni extremists should be fired immediately. There needs to be a congressional investigation into how Isis rose so rapidly.

Thanks to some helpful friends and studying Twitter, I have the answer to the ISIS Tweet about Chattanooga, TN. The Tweet was NOT sent prior to the attack. The Tweet was sent at 1:34PM EST (Eastern U.S. and Canada) Viewed from an account set to Pacific time, which is three hours behind EST, the Tweet's timestamp says 10:34AM. Either way, with the attacks beginning around 11:00 EST, the ISIS Tweet was sent more than two hours after the attack. To illustrate, here are screenshots of the same Tweet taken with my account set to Pacific time, then Eastern time.

Not before as was previously being reported. Now the spin is they're trying to claim responsibility.

I say we should wait and see what the police turn up at his home. Everything else right now is just speculation.

They then delete the tweets if it turns out not to be even remotely related to something they could claim.

We still don't know for sure what this guys motivations were.
