Sounds like an incompetent horn player. Why can't they just call it "intentional check fraud" or something?

I mean, just because he doesn't HAVE the money, doesn't mean the invisible hand of the free market can't decide to let his check clear anyway.

I'm fascinated, in a macabre way, those who willingly participate in the Orwellian experience of Republicanism.

States (or cities in the state) that do that should lose their federal highway funds.

I hated him as a ballplayer (I'm a Yankees fan--- 2001 and 2004) and I knew that he was a RWNJ.

Now what kind of company is this?

It looks like their first entry is pretty stagnant and may not survive long.

Then, the website has a page devoted to some new project but only with one paragraph of information. I guess this is merely vaporware if they can't even make payroll.

He turns around and takes millions in government loan guarantees and still can't succeed. I doubt he'll ever end up face down in a gutter but it might be an educational experience for him.

If that check had gone to the state's bank with Schilling and his financial officer knowing there were not enough funds to cover it, criminal charges could have been a result.

One can wonder whether Romney and other republicans will want Schilling fronting for them now.
