Big Ed just had a segment about Scott Walker's lies concerning job creation in Wisconsin

Scott's new ad shows him claiming to have created 33,000 new jobs since he took office. The the Bureau of Labor Statistics
show that Walker has actually lost 30,000 jobs in that time. Plus 33,000 to minus 30,000. It's a lie by Walker, no doubt.
Why isn't this kind of outright prevarication against the law? It seems to be fraud to me. Doesn't the FCC have rules at all?
You can't yell "fire" in a crowded theater, right? How can candidates lie so blatently to the public and get away with it?
I have often wished there could be a BS detector on TVs that would light up a red sign when this shit happens.
Edit to add: Jesse Kelly is doing the same thing here in Az, lying about his statements he made when running against Gabrielle Giffords in 2010. Now he's up against Ron Barber, who was also shot on that terrible day, and he's lying through his teeth. Luckily, all his old statements about Social Security being a "Ponzi scheme" and more are on video.
