Just another Black woman in jail dying
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/ralkina-jones-dies-in-jail_55b67097e4b0a13f9d1967be?
A woman who had reportedly been arrested at her husband's place of work on Friday died in a suburban Cleveland jail over the weekend. Ralkina Jones, 37, of Cleveland, died on Sunday in the Cleveland Heights jail. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner performed an autopsy on Monday. Spokesman Chris Harris told HuffPost that there were "no suspicious injuries" to Jones' body, but he wouldn't elaborate on her cause of death. How many more? When does the tipping point come? Jail is now one of the leading causes of death.

2. It is developing
But why is jail so lethal? We inprison enough people, we should be able to incarcerate people without killing them.(sarcasm mixed with Really?!)
Look what happened to the Pinto after their fire deaths. They shut it down. Ultimately, 27 people were determined to have been killed in rear-end-crash explosions involving Pintos. We have a lot more than 27 deaths...we need to shut down jail. |

3. Jail and prison are lethal places through and through, why has it taken society so long to notice
is my question. Prison is where the Establishment sends perfectly healhty black males to go off and die or suffer from negligence or malnutrition. That has been going on (noticed in the mainstream media many times now) since the 1980s...why the decades of slience?
