They believe that laws don't apply to them. Time to issue some arrest warrants...
CNN)An anti-abortion group released its fourth video Thursday claiming that Planned Parenthood is selling fetal tissue.
Following a similar format to the previous three clips, the edited video shows actors posing as researchers speaking with the Dr. Savita Ginde, who was at least at one time medical director of a Planned Parenthood branch in Denver.
Like the previous videos, this one also came from the Center for Medical Progress, an anti-abortion group accusing Planned Parenthood of breaking the law by selling aborted fetal tissue.
Planned Parenthood has repeatedly denied that it has done anything illegal.
"We want to acknowledge that hearing laboratory conversations about research out of context can be jarring, especially when the conversation is being manipulated for the purpose of attacking women's health care," said Vicki Cowart, president and CEO of Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains on Thursday. "Nevertheless, this coordinated attack on women's health will not deter us from providing essential reproductive health care and from advancing important medical research."

(2,381 posts)If the organization was properly before a California court and ordered not to release any further videos, they violate that order at their peril, regardless of where they do so.

(1,900 posts)That was shot in May... It was not for other videos shot in other states. It was a state court that issued the order.

(27,010 posts)There was never an order "not to release any further videos".
I believe it began with FauxNews - who appeared to claim that the order said that (and outlets ran versions of the same story)... but that wasn't the case. The order was limited to videos of three officials at "StemExpress" (and possibly just to a single video filmed in a restaurant).

Dead tissue is dead tissue is routine medical waste, but that some stem cells for research came from a precious FETUS - gasp- has the Jesus crowd clutching their ignorant pearls once again.
They Jesus freaks have been convinced by RW Idiot media that "baby parts" are being ripped out from living fetuses and sold on some black market for huge profits.....because those idiots will believe anything they are told to believe, and then the politicians pander to the whole false construct.
Pro-life, not. Pro-birth only, along with a healthy dose of pro-gullible.
"In 1988, the Reagan administration began a moratorium on fetal tissue from elective abortions being used in scientific research. But Congress lifted that ban in 1993 when it passed the National Institutes of Health Revitalization Act, which allowed research on human fetal tissue regardless of whether the tissue came from a voluntary abortion. McConnell voted for that bill, as did Reps. Lamar Smith (R-Texas) and Fred Upton (R-Mich.), all of whom have condemned Planned Parenthood in the past two weeks for its involvement in the practice."

Lawmakers Knew About Planned Parenthood Video Weeks Ago
When an undercover video of a Planned Parenthood executive casually discussing the harvesting of fetal tissue and organs went viral Tuesday, House Republicans took notice, with party leaders calling for investigations just one day later. Speaker John A. Boehner and Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy issued terse statements, the Judiciary and Energy and Commerce committees announced hearings and Rep. Lynn Jenkins, R-Kan., called for a Justice Department probe into whether the nations largest abortion provider broke the law in supplying the tissue to medical research firms.
Rep. Tim Murphy, a member of the House Pro-Life Caucus and chairman of the Energy and Commerce subcommittee looking into the video, said at a Wednesday news conference hed seen the clip weeks before. Asked afterward why he and others waited until this week to take action, Murphy struggled for an answer before abruptly ending the interview with CQ Roll Call, saying he should not be quoted and remarking, This interview didnt happen.
Another Pro-Life Caucus and Judiciary committee member, GOP Rep. Trent Franks of Arizona, said Wednesday he had also seen the video about a month ago.

(23,946 posts)Nothing more than another massive, drip, drip lie, propped up by the RW WhackoWorld of media and politicians yearning for a slice of the crazy pie "base" Trump is temporarily feeding on.
With the so called "debates" coming up guess what will be the irrelevant hot topic they can all pretend to be ever so upset about?
Whoever can pretend to be the most outraged over this Big Lie wil be declared the screaming match "winner".
Exactly like the ACORN lie, but this time I think folks have got ahead of it and the GOP will be exposed.
