I am as liberal and progressive as they come. In fact I am radical about social and economic justice that includes all races and religions.
Somehow liberal and white supremacist is totally incongruent. It's nonsense.
I support BLM but if you are beating the crap out of me because I am not doing enough of what I can't do, I doubt I will want to help in the long run.

(16,854 posts)Local TV is ignoring the huge crowds and Bernie's message. They are saying Bernie is weak for running away and that he was met with mixed reception. The newspapers are doing the same.
Nice work BLM... epic fail.

(16,854 posts)...and I suppose it doesn't hurt Hillary much. There were lines for blocks trying to get in to the packed Hec Ed Pavilion. The media ignored the huge crowds and his message. They just smeared Bernie with this misguided ignorant action.

(10,602 posts)BLM only helped the GOP and white supremacists. And it gave the RW mouthpieces a great win. And your post shows it.
I guess they think the GOP will help. What the GOP wants is to send minorities back to Africa and Mexico.

(9,958 posts)Looks like BLM got a hold of the RWer's "How to Disrupt a Town Hall Event" playbook that was used during the summer that the ACA was being put together.
Anyone mention "death panels?"

(2,280 posts)First, I don't think Bernie is a racist in any way, shape or form. But some the worst racists I have met in my life were very liberal. One even said to me once to my face, 'I support civil rights because that's the morally right thing to do, but I don't like n*****s and don't what anything to do with them'.
Also, remember that some biggest supporters of FDR and the New Deal were the Southern Dixiecrats who were very racist.
