Subway's Jared Fogle is reportedly planning to plead guilty to child pornography charges

Jared Fogle is planning to plead guilty to child pornography charges, FOX59 reports.

Sources told FOX59 that Fogle will accept a plea deal.

The US Attorney's office is planning to hold a press conference to discuss the deal on Wednesday, according to the report.

The report comes after the FBI raided Fogle's Zionsville, Indiana home last month.

According to the documents, Fogle got images of child porn of children as young as 6 years old from Taylor – Fogle knew some of the kids by name and had even met some during social events in Indiana – and had plenty of chances to prevent the abuse of other victims, documents state. If Fogle "had promptly reported what he knew of these activities, then the sexually explicit material involving later victims would not have been produced."

The next day, he sent her texts "offering to pay her a fee if she could find him an underage girl to engage in commercial sex acts with him," saying he would "accept a 16 year old," but, "the younger the girl, the better," the charges state.

This is really bad - Fogle was a close connection of the guy making the kiddie porn, and the Feds know that he knew.
