By Gabrielle Bluestone
Its easy to look at the pair of Boston brothers who allegedly beat a homeless man in a xenophobic attack apparently inspired by Donald Trumps rhetoric and think, Wow... racist criminals. Donald Trump, however, is much more charitable than you or I.
According to the Boston Globe, Scott and Steve Leaderwho both have extensive criminal recordsbegan the attack by urinating on their homeless victims face while he was sleeping. Then they allegedly began punching him in the head and face and beating him with a metal pole, apparently because he made the mistake of being Hispanic.
And lest you think the men had no defense, they did: Scott allegedly told the arresting officer, Donald Trump was right, all these illegals need to be deported.
But where the arresting officer saw a pair of violent criminals, Donald Trump sees the future of our country.
It would be a shame, Mr. Trump said, before adding: I will say that people who are following me are very passionate. They love this country and they want this country to be great again. They are passionate.

(14,061 posts)I've had it for awhile now.
And I'm amazed at the many people who still see him as a joke. The way he is channeling into the anger and making that work for him is the scariest thing I have ever seen in U.S. politics in my life. Others may beg to differ. That's fine, and I sincerely hope they are right about him and I'm wrong. But with every passing day Trump becomes more dangerous, IMO.

Which means that they were taking out of the system just as they unfairly accuse immigrants of doing the same thing. It wouldn't surprise me if they were Irish-American and that is exactly how the Irish were treated at one point in Boston history. It always amazes me how one oppressed group cannot see the unfairness of treating another oppressed group badly.
These two are scum and I hope they are prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
