Trump pulls out trump card - RELIGION

"Donald Trump was at a Football Stadium in Mobile, AL. Tens of thousands were there for some good old-fashioned American celebrity worship. Trump pulled out a gem of gems for letting people know that he has written some good books, but the Bible is much much better"

Oh, Yah - Donald and the Bible. Note that he brings his ego to new heights . He has WRITTEN (not read) some good books, but the Bible is better written. Well, God (and those old men living in caves and such) were - maybe - better writers.

2. Religious fanatics will support anyone

who pretends to love Christianity.

Trump started out his speech with loving Billy Graham.

He stated the Bible is his favorite book. (Hillary also made this claim)

If there truly were a 'God' he would have struck him with a lighting bolt.

The hypocrisy of religious frauds has no bounds.

Religious frauds are contemptible.

Newt Gingrich married 3 times.

Donald Trump married 3 times.

7. Sin is the ultimate gimmick

It taps into narcissism. People seek religion when they feel guilty. They are welcomed by people who they admire because of their wealth or whatever and those role models disclose their sins, proving themselves to be humble. They are honored to get saved and baptized and especially forgiven. Another part is rejecting their former selves. Especially when they are educated, rational, compassionate, poor (a big part of it is preaching eventual business success), etc...

Past "sin" of politicians would only matter if they were hypocrites. I bet Trumps display of "humility" will resonate with a lot of fundamentalists who admire wealth and fame. "This great man has written all of these books, made millions of dollar, and is still humble before the word of God" or something along those lines.

Kind of like how his picture with the republican judge who is brown has convinced his followers he isn't racist.

4. I seem to remember that Trump met his second wife

at church and began a relationship with her while he was married to his first wife. Do I remember correctly?

And wasn't that wife from the South? And didn't Trump dump her?

From the article (thanks for the link):
"By 1987, during services at the Marble Collegiate Church in Manhattan, Trump was secretly romancing Maples as he found ways to temporarily ditch Ivana and their kids, Donny, now 19, Ivanka, 15, and Eric, 13"

5 And seeing the multitudes, he went up into a mountain: and when he was set, his disciples came unto him:

2 And he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying,

3 Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

4 Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.

5 Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.

6 Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.

7 Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.

8 Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.

9 Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
