26. No you are not. It was perfectly logical the way you read it...

lovely shot but unfortunately I cannot and will not go to Austria. They have not taken the necessary steps to wipe out the stain of anti-semitism as Germany pretty much has. As recently as a few years ago they were claiming that the Klimt painting Adele Bloch Bauer was part of their Austrian "patrimony" and should remain in the Belvedere Museum in Vienna instead of being returned to its rightful heir. They fully cooperated with the Nazis who stole it from the Bloch Bauers went right along with the round up and exportation of them and other Jewish Austrian to the death camps.

I have Jewish granddaughters and the thought of any harm coming to them as a result of anti-semitism is too awful for me to contemplate...so...

36. I must say that that the painting of Adele is in the Neue Gallerie in NYC and I have seen it!

Ron Lauder bought it and started his gallery in upper Manhattan as a result. The Woman in Gold is an anchor of that gallery and it is a knockout, I must say.
