Any word on the Montana decision? Do you think the Supreme Court will reverse Citizens United?

and strike it down, in a lame attempt to save face after seeing the disastrous results that is happening RIGHT now?

Scalia, Scalito, Roberts, Thomas needs leave the earth and be judged forever into hell.

I hope Rehnquist is roasting nicely in his new location. This is the consequence of Bush v Gore.

Yeah, the bush v. Gore hypocricy rises again. For 30 years these jokes on the supreme court argued for states rights and then threw it out the window in bush v Gore when they denied the Florida's right to count the frickin votes.

The Montana case is clearly the state's right but instead of bush v. Gore, it's the Five court jesters v. America's democracy.

I doubt it. Actual Constitutional Law is irrelevant to the Gang of Five.

Not a chance!! If anything, the Corporate-Whore Five will take it farther the other direction.
