By Associated Press, Updated: Monday, May 21, 1:19 PM
AP WILMINGTON, Del. Former Delaware Republican Senate candidate Christine ODonnell was in court Monday, battling a lawyer who says hes owed more than $20,000 for work on her Senate campaigns.
Jonathan Moseley claims he is owed more than $3,200 in wages and more than $1,800 in expenses from ODonnells 2008 campaign. He also says he is owed $15,000 for his work for ODonnell arising from her failed 2010 campaign.
ODonnell denies that Moseley is owed any money, and her surrogates have tried to portray him as manipulative and dishonest.
Moseley, who is representing himself, took the stand first, recounting various attempts to collect money from ODonnell for his work, which he said ranged from temporarily acting as her campaign manager and treasurer in 2008, to developing responses for allegations in 2010 that she had misused campaign finances.

Jonathan A. Moseley appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Arlington County, which revoked his "right to practice before the Circuit Court of Arlington." Moseley contends the circuit court erred for two reasons: First, he argues the court "was without jurisdiction" to revoke his right to practice. Second, he asserts that even if the circuit court had jurisdiction to act, it failed to provide him "notice of the alleged misconduct" before the revocation. For the reasons set forth below, we will affirm the judgment of the circuit court.

So the court in this latest case should say, "stop wasting our time. You two figure it out."
