Considering the unbelievable amount of fugitives

trying to get into Europe. What is our responsibility
in the US to help them? After all our illegal war in
Iraq started the whole destabilization in the ME, if
not even earlier.

Fugitives are criminals running from the law. Refugees are ordinary people, who are forced to flee their homeland by life threatening external circumstances beyond their control... war, famine, drought, floods. Refugees flee with their families whenever possible, and are more likely than not to be middle-class.
