Dallas Cops Kill Man Begging for Help in Jail Lobby (video)

We were sent the following statement from the man who made the video. Hopefully, we can bring ENOUGH OUTRAGE over this video - for JUSTICE to be served on those officers:

Dallas County Sheriff's Department Killed my brother Joseph Hutcheson. Here is about 14 min the video is over 40min… I need Justice for my brother. The deputy that put his knee in his throat is still working for the sheriff. He should be fired and charges should be filed .. How about all the ones who did not Help??? The dallas county medical examiner Kept his throat organs .. We would have never known this if we did not get a second autopsy .. I don't care what he did its not a death Sentence . They Killed my Brother Joseph Hutcheson

2. I wish they had voice too

Hard to tell what went on except that individuals ran from him and the camera was placed poorly to see what was going on besides wrestling him. His legs moved through most of the video until the last officer stopped him from moving the legs. I think cameras need to be advanced and placed in better locations to see what is going on. Best of luck to the family.

One of the cops had his knee on his throat area and then got up to check his phone or some device and then went right back to the throat area with his knee.

4. Hard to say what happened without audio

Something hinkey was going on. The people sitting on the bench cleared out pretty fast with the brother came up to sit down, and that was before the "security" showed up. We have no idea if the guy was begging for help or cussing the people who were sitting out. It should definitely be investigated, but we can't tell for sure what exactly happened.

It was heart wrenching to say the least but he said that when you see him bending over quickly he was coughing.

6. There is no way that man's

death can be justified. Once he was down and cuffed the cops continued inflicting harm. It doesn't appear as though they were much concerned whether they killed him or not.

It's devastating. He's dead at 5:50, and the brother's description of the cops' behavior is heart-breaking.
