MADISON - In a rare moment of candor, Scott Walker yesterday admitted to reporters in Madison that his indicted former fundraiser and deputy chief of staff, Kelly Rindfleisch, did the things she was expected to do.
Previously revealed court documents show that Rindfleisch stated she was hired to Scott Walkers administration for the purpose of doing policy work for Walkers gubernatorial campaign, and that she took her assignments from another indicted Walker aide, Tim Russell.
While on taxpayer time, Rindfleisch sent or received more than 1,300 fundraising emails, including hundreds with Walker spokesman, Cullen Werwie, who has prosecutorial immunity for his testimony against Rindfleisch, and Brett Davis, Walkers preferred Lt. Gov. candidate who currently serves as the states Medicaid director.
In addition to her extensive illegal fundraising, Rindfleisch exchanged more than 1,000 emails with Scott Walkers campaign managers on taxpayer time.

(53,661 posts)Vote him out or we're all going back to the Dark Ages. Meet the new face of cronyism in government, just like the old ones. Too bad that a century of progressive legislation has been eroded so completely in just the amount of time the Kochroach has been in office. It's horrifying that the election is anywhere near close.
