OFFICER, DROP THE GUN!!!

This is what America has come to. About a dozen bystanders recording a thug in blue and demanding he put down the gun before he murders a woman in broad daylight.

It takes multiple bystanders recording and DEMANDING the thug in blue de-escalate:
