2. Not all Christie's fault

NJ has been run horribly for many years, by both parties. The state was in this debt well before Christie was elected. He hasn't helped but he can't be blamed for something that was well under way before he took office.

And a millionaires tax won't save the state either. It might help a little but it won't be enough.
