you say vibrato, I say willfully inaccurate. a long winded "thanks Obama!" from someone who at the

very least did not read the first paragraph about qualifying for ACA, so claims they "couldn't" get it. That is baloney.
They know better, and did not fix it. Might as well be Fox news, because that;s how accurate this is.
