Lincoln Heights Ohio PD so corrupt they shut it down

So someone posted a comment on the town's facebook page showing a picture of a cop wearing a KKK hood with the caption saying, "WE CAN"T BREATHE."

Imagine if the individual officers were forced to carry their own personal liability plans in order to be cops.
Then we would see some real change.
