1. Recently I was told that I needed a bag to leave the store...

I told them that it was two (or three, I cannot remember...) items.

I was told that it was store policy that patrons MUST leave the store with their items in a bag.

I told the cashier that I didn't want the items then.

He looked at me like I was from outer space.

"Refund me my purchase, please...."

"Umm..."

"May I see a manager, please..."

I left without a bag...
