(18,634 posts)They are slavering over the idea that someone absolutely unfit will take over our government and completely destroy everything that our country is.
They really do hate America and want to force some kind of anarchic oligarchy that no country has ever had.
Of course they are too stupid to realize this.
They think this society will be one that will provide them personally with absolute freedom and wealth.

(370 posts)He would be the easiest candidate to beat. He has very extremist positions on the issues, very little charisma, and almost no knowledge of how government operates. He makes Sarah Palin seem like Plato in comparison.

(1,884 posts)That should have been evident since shortly after he came out of the wood work. That is the hallmark of the current crop of Republicans. They'll tell you what they think you want to hear, regardless of what they said a few minutes before to someone else. No qualms, self-made (up) reality as they go along.

(8,574 posts)When I see him on the teevee, he closes his eyes a lot. Every time I see it, I think how frightening it would be to have him introduced as the man who's going to operate on my brain...."wait, this guy who's going to use tools in my brain, can't keep his eyes open when he thinks? RUN AWAY!"

(24,461 posts)There was no mouth left, his mother told the Forward. His jaw was blown away.
She put a stone in his right hand, a clear plastic rock with a white angel inside. She wanted to put a matching stone in his left hand but he had no left hand to speak of.
Parents of the dead children were advised to identify them from photographs, such was the carnage. But every parent reacts differently. Veronique Pozner did the most difficult thing. She asked to see the body. Zeveloff asked her why.
I owed it to him as his mother, the good, the bad and the ugly, she said. . . . And as a little boy, you have to go in the ground. If I am going to shut my eyes to that I am not his mother. I had to bear it. I had to do it.

Every politician should have been forced to observe the carnage at Sandy Hook. That should have been the end of this sick proliferation of firearms, but no. This nation is seriously f***ed up when it comes to guns.
I really feel like I am going mad sometimes.
