That is racism against minorities.
Accompanying the progress is more and more information, incidents and research that shows that despite the actual progress of recent years and decades, racism and the effects of bias against minorities is far more deep, present and institutionalized than many in the majority have realized.
We have to talk about it more not less in order to make ourselves conscious of many unconscious behaviors and biases to help overcome them in society and in ourselves.

(16,286 posts)1. BLM has FORCED people, on both sides, to talk about racism, even though most dont want to.
On the right they discuss that it doesnt exist, and on the left they discuss that it does but money is more important
