A bill signed last month by Gov. Sam Brownback allows residents in Kansas to carry concealed firearms without a permit or training.
Now, what could possibly go wrong?

(4,325 posts)people own guns, those people cause the gun to fire a bullet. It is the bullet that hurts/kills people.
The manufacturer built the gun and bullets which were then sold by gun shops. The manufacturer
not the sales person pulled the trigger.
If I run my car into crowd and kill a bunch of people who can be sued? Not the mfg.r, not the car sales people.
So, I guess you need to control people so they won't be in the right spot at that critical moment?
So, that won't work either. I know, round up and detain all the crazies, that way they cant
cause the shooting. Don't know where all the crazies are? Guess that leave doings putting a strict control on guns, with all
being registered, sample shots kept for ID, etc.
So, will an enemy come after all the guns when they take us over?? Hell no, we use those guns
to kill the enemy.
Problem solved!

(9,951 posts)like my state of AZ.
That being said, I prefer having to go through a rigorous training course, classroom and range time with the weapon you're going to carry.
