3. I'm sure after the death of Trayvon Martin he's cut down on the Black people in the neighbourhood.

Whom he and some of his neighbours felt caused crimes in his neighbourhood. However is there evidence of this. Considering the amount of cases and the fact he says "they always get away" to the dispatcher---I would presume that the answer to your question is a "NO!"
