He's always happy to step up to the plate to try to portray himself as the common man, and he's always shooting himself in the foot doing so.

Here's how I see him, in a literal sense (Ken doll):

At about two-and-a-half years old, that show, based on the comic strip, is one of my earliest memories. He was a marionette and the bad guys kept riddling him with bullets. I think the opening visual at the start of each show was of the puppet getting strafed by gangster machine gun fire. One of the cool things that made the puppets better than the Howdy Doody show were the detailed life-like sets including indoor and outdoor puppet-sized scenery in which the marionettes performed.

on a MAC, ctrl-click on photo -- from options, choose "copy image location"

then paste into your DU reply.

I'm not sure what the commands are on a PC.

Don't remember him? That's probably because you never watched The Howdie Doodie Show.

But if you had seen it, you would see Mr. Bluster as Rmoney incarnate.

The problem is that he has no Bob so he has to do the thinking.

Can't happen because there is no " there- there."

Thank's for the info about the insert -- I have a PC and so far when I click on the images that I found, there are no choices in the pull down menu .

I did find the Hellp feature On Du and I enjoyed looking at all the photos
