There is a supreme irony in Mitt's career and GOP obsession.

As the RW works overtime to dismantle the social safety net, there main weapon is to try to terrify us with the evils of debt.Bain Capital and their ilk rely on loading up companies with debt to pay their huge management fees. So Mitt is trying to leverage his way into the White House by vilifying public use of what was a key element in his success.
All that bs about how families and businesses have to balance their budgets is just that-bs. Debt is part of what allows families to own houses and businesses to expand. Governments should use it to stimulate economic stability and growth. Anyone saying anything different is just pitching cow pies.
