Holdouts in Southern Oregon. Continuing to push the anti-gun agenda in more rural areas is going to put them out of reach forever. The voters don't care that it's unconstitutional and unenforceable. They are making a statement against policy driven by urban liberals who scorn them. You can continue to argue that they are stupid as we lose more and more of them and refuse to examine why. Our economic policies have abandoned rural and small town America and the sea of red is encroaching on shrinking urban enclaves.

The sheriff is almost as much an idiot. Is a Sandy Hook denier, had it up on his face book page until he got caught after the Umpqua college shooting...

I think the idea is that if the feds want to enforce a federal law, they need to do it.

It's the exact same use of discretion in enforcement, just applied to guns instead of immigration.

However, on the Federal level it's mostly symbolic. The local LE can't enforce federal law, at best all they can do is assist and cooperate with Federal authorities as they do. And I bet in a rural county that they see less than a dozen violations even enforced a year by the Feds, if they actually do anything there.

"The openness and brazenness of the LBGT agenda and the media flaunting of gay marriages all across the country cost Dems dearly and threatens to do so in the future."

So your observations are often rather biased shall we say. Flaunting. Brazenness.
