I don't like the way you were dismissed, after a jury voted to leave, and somebody who purports to be a Bernie Sanders supporter ran to the Owners to get you banned.

I thought we were ALL better than that.

You are funny, enlightening, and contributed much more to this site than those that tend to seek and destroy.

I'm sorry about what happened, and I hope you are back here soon.

Some of us make friends here... You were one of mine.

Simple and lightly consequential posts are placed to a small jury pool for a ruling.


Odd: High-impact decisions over banishment are made by a single person, instead of being sent to a larger jury pool.



Liberalism promoted the nuanced interpretations of judicial ruling, highlighted in the book To Kill A Mockingbird, where extenuating circumstances, civic standing, peer-relationships, etc. are determinant in a ruling, allowing living case law--not just the rigid rulings of law handed down through the ages.


To me, this is something that seems to conflict with a 'democratic' entity.
