Did I hear that we will be preparing to contest many more races at the state and local levels...across the nation?

FINALLY!!! This shit is hitting the public fan! I have spent a lot of time over the past years preaching state and local political action for Dems. It starts by going into those blood red areas and informing folks what Dems have done for them and what the GOP has not and then explaining what Dem candidates will do to improve their lives. A lot of work will have to be done to erase the lies and misinformation that talk radio and FOX has done over the past 20 years but it is possible. We all need to get behind this effort and push of Senators and Reps to get off their asses and push this.

pointed out the (national ?) party was thinking in 2 years cycles, the Rs are thinking in 10 year cycles. I hope it's online later so I can pay better attention.

4. Judging by the attention that the subject gets here at DU, new efforts won't make that much

difference. If the people don't get behind the push it will fizzle like so many good ideas with the Dems. I guess it is just too easy to sit back and bash the DNC and our candidates than to do something to make a difference?
