what else do the masters of the controlled American media have for us as the cash windfall of 2016 approaches?

Taxpayer money by The Pentagon to the NFL and NASCAR to put on elaborate public displays before a captive audience is as Orweliian and totalitarian as it gets.

And it maybe just before folks realize they it is too late and they did nothing to stop it.

Why is it The Pentagon always gets a pass when it comes to.........anything?

That Sacred Cow needs to be milked by the folks, not the other way around.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?

This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.

As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.

Tell me more...
