But truly, I didn't see Jindal bringing anything to the table as a candidate that wasn't covered by at least three or four other candidates. This also goes for several other candidates who haven't "suspended" their campaigns (suspended so they can still have someone pay off their campaign debts for them).

Can't run for the Republican nom and be a brown man at the same time. Most of the uneducated, idiot tea baggers probably thought he was a muslim just because he is of Indian descent. I wouldn't be surprised if he was receiving death-threats.

Raised $1,158,091
Cash left $260,939 (as of Sept 30) (relative peanuts - Bernie had $27 mil)

He ran out of money and to continue the publicity stunt was going to cost him.

Flash back:
How one speech changed the course of Republican darling Bobby Jindal's career
http://www.vox.com/2015/6/22/8824553/bobby-jindal-speech

Lindsey Graham and John Kasich may still have a few bucks (but few votes in the polls). Santorum was in a similar financial position as Jindal and getting no traction so he's probably next.

As my farewell to Jindal, I'd like to just say that even though I was never a bully in school, there's something about him that makes me want to push him against a locker and take his lunch money away.
