5. Agree! the novel is brilliant. Hunger Games could have been written in crayon.

I cannot understand how anyone, young or old thinks 'The Hunger Games' is any good. Perhaps it is if English is your second language.

9. If you're going to compare novels, you could say that Battle Royale is a "rip off"
of The Lord of the Flies.
Which I'm sure was a "rip-off" of something else. . . . |

10. My middle and high school experience was "Lord of the Flies."
So much I quit high school.
My favorite part of Hunger Games was watching Suzanne Collins develop as a writer. |

2. As a group, the books were good. Not a fan of how they changed the movies but that's typical
I don't usually like movies if I've read the book first.

6. My grand new teenager (13 - Nov.19, 1025) walked with the BFF after school
on Friday to the mall to watch it and walked back home in the "dark". Yep, they enjoyed it.
