(1,819 posts)We have fast attack subs shadowing all their capital ships as we did in the Cold War and they shadow ours. It's a big cat and mouse game.
Huge topic of discussion at our family reunions since we have about equal numbers of ex submariners and surface ship veterans in our family.
The book "Blind Mans Bluff" paints an accurate picture of what goes on.
