Most of us have seen the video of the horrifying murder of Laquan McDonald.
Who moved the dash cam? And why?
We see the dash cam moved to the right after what seems to be the first shot is fired. Who moved it? If it's a dash cam in a patrol car, it must have been moved by someone in the patrol car.
My point is that the victim is on camera, the shooter is not once the camera is turned.
The prosecution has no doubt seen the same thing. Have they addressed this?

(19,975 posts)position of the car(or camera) changed was so it would not show McDonald. The driver thought that it would not show McDonald. The driver did not move to the right as much as he thought he did.

(26,507 posts)the bigger question is who erased the Burger King video that captured the shooting?
Also I thought all cops were issued tasers. They were calling for cops that had tasers to come to the scene. Why don't all of them have tasers? It would seem like that would be the first choice in a situation like this and not a gun that has 16 rounds in it.
