American exceptionalism: putting bush/cheney and their minions on trial.

If we put these war criminals on trial, America would once again approach the exceptional nation that never tortured prisoners and only went to war when we had to.

In the most recent edition of Bill Moyers & Company, Moyers explored "The Truth about Torture." He showed Americans reading the testimonies of people who were tortured at Gitmo. Given that the "patriots" will never allow bushco to face justice for his crimes, the actions of these Americans is an important step in our personal reconciliation of this terrible moment in our nation's history.

....yes, I agree but who in this country, capable of being elected and holding high public office, is willing to take on the corporations and the vested interests to bring their hand-picked stooges to justice?

No one.
