When police arrived to arrest him for the savage beating, rape and sodomy of an Omaha woman, Ronald Ford hid in a hole in the wall of his home.

He’ll now likely spend the rest of his life in another hole in the wall, never to be seen by society.

Wednesday, Douglas County District Judge J Russell Derr sentenced Ford to 80 to 130 years in prison — a term that is cut in half under state sentencing guidelines.

Ford, 33, savagely beat, whipped, raped and sodomized a woman over payment he believed her boyfriend owed him for a laptop computer. Ford’s girlfriend, Shavontae Green, was sentenced Tuesday to the equivalent of 25 to 32½ years in prison for her role in the beating.

What that man and his girlfriend did was so fucked up that they pretty much earned a life sentence.

I think they earned every day of those sentences and probably more. (I made the mistake of going to the article. How horrible.)
