"active shooter" - because the other phrase would be "terrorist attack" at planned parenthood.

Were the terrorists in Paris described as "active shooters"? Will the media accurately report what this incident is?

Politically motivated acts of violence against non-combatants. The standard definition of terrorism.

are terrified to say at the Planned Parenthood Building because the hatred is fed by them, RW Fundies and ReTHUGs.

"Active shooter" and "suicide bomber" describe what tactic the terrorist is using.

It's a perfectly cromulent term, and not mutually exclusive with "terrorist".

Initial reports didn't use the term "terrorist." That came later, when more was known...which should be the case, here, too.
