Politics and religion

Used to be topics that people stayed away from. Too much passion and all it did was start fights.

Now I would add gun rights and a abortion rights to that list.

I am so sick of hateful rhetoric that accompanies these topics. It's impossible to have a regular conversation. Not going to read it anymore.

I am sticking to gifs about kittens. And topics about scientific stuff. Those are still interesting.

And it's not like religion and guns are unimportant in contemporary politics, especially in combination.
