We're exporting our Fox nuts. Sorry, Canada

TOP: GUEST DISCOVERS HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE FOX NEWS

BOTTOM: ACCUSES STAFF AND MANAGEMENT OF BEING “LEFT WING RADICALS” AND THREATENS TO CHECK OUT.

This actually just happened at the hotel I work at. The guest called from his room furious that we didn’t have Fox News (we are in Canada by the way so it doesn’t just come with the basic cable package that the hotel likely subscribes to). He then stormed down to the front desk threatening to leave and saying he was going to talk to management for being politically biased and “left wing radicals” for not having Fox News and being “against right wings”.

I wish I was making this up.

but when I had Bell it didn't. At least Telus doesn't have Sun news. Shaw has Fox and Sun.

WHich is why Fox cant be carried there. The PM tried to have that law dropped so Fox could come north but he was unsuccessful.

Thats the story I heard anyway. I'm not from Canada.

Some cable carriers have it. Not all. It's part of the 'news' package, meaning it's with CNN, MSNBC, AlJazeera, all the business channels and the 24 hour Canadian news channels. Most basic packages carry the 'news' package, so if you have a package that has the news channels in it, you can't escape Fox.

What's funny is I'm surrounded by Conservatives and I don't know a single person who ever watches Fox, unless it's for a good laugh.

After depriving him of Fox News for a week I'd like to strap him down and prop open his eyelids like Malcolm McDowell in A Clockwork Orange and have him watch the Ed Show & Rachel Maddow.

That's your basic Fox nut's equivalent of Ludwig Von's Ninth, you know?

10. Nah, I'd have him listen to Ed & Rachel while pumping him full of a euphoric drug

If I wanted to implant a psychosomatic reaction making him feel deathly ill, I'd give him the drug from Clockwork Orange while watching Fox News and listening to Limbaugh & Beck.

That's kinda how most sane people feel anyway.

Whenever I order a platter of hot wings I always specifically ask for left wings only.
