Okay, now I'm offended. It's not even our fault this time.

Tank tops and flip-flops: Orlando ranks among worst-dressed cities

Tourists spend a lot of money and drive Central Florida's economy, but all those Mickey Mouse ears, tank tops and flip-flops helped Orlando earn a dubious distinction: a spot on the list of the country's worst-dressed cities.

Travel + Leisure magazine readers rated destinations on several factors, including style, and Orlando checked in as the fourth-worst.

According to the magazine: "Orlando was voted the No. 1 family vacation destination, so visitors were likely focused on people seen around the theme parks, which aren't exactly crowded with fashionistas — enduring Disney World's winding lines in stilettos would be crazy. The city did win raves for its weather and variety of hotel options."

No other Florida cities made the list, which appears in the June issue of the magazine.

I lived in Alaska for 20 years. Everything this magazine says screams idiot elitist disconnect because you don't go out in 20 below weather wearing some ugly shit you see on the fashion runway. Good way to die.

I think that judging people by what they wear is as shallow as you can get.

Unless of course the person is wearing a bathing suit in 20 below weather, or a parka in the desert, or spending a thousand dollars on a tshirt, then I think they need mental help.

Who cares what they wear on Vacation unless you're some random celebrity who has paparazzi chasing them every day?

We have strict dress codes that the tourist keep ignoring. We tell them, if you're going to wear tank tops and flip flops, you must wear them like Halle Berry does.

It's not shocking that Disney isn't a haven for men in Capri pants, women in $800 heals, and teens trying to grow "ironic moustaches" and younger kids in vintage concert t-shirts from bands they've never heard of.

If you spend 2 hours working on your hair to make it look like you just rolled out of bed, I'll bet the thought of getting your picture taken with Goofy doesn't hold great appeal.
