You carry it everywhere. You never turn it off. It knows and reports where you are and renders your entire communications history searchable and archivable.

Forcing DU to give an agency a backdoor to server logs sounds like FBI.

Either way, even if it's not the case it's naive to think the Feds are not monitoring one of the leading political discussion sites in the US. They like doing desk work.
