So FRIEDMAN and the Morning Scabs crew now like Containment?

Through the morning haze doze that is Morning Scabs, I heard FRIEDMAN laying out where we got to where we're going:

* The general policy starting with Saddam (Shrub-Cheenee were not mentioned as responsible) was to remove bad leaders (again, Shrub-Cheenee were not mentioned as bad leaders) led to::

* Not democracy or better leaders, but rather, Disorder, since the bad leaders had kept the lid on things, which led to:

* Not ideological conflicts, but rather, conflicts of Disorder vs. Order, which led to:

* A bunch of refugees fleeing to places of Order to get away from Disorder, meaning:

* We should abandon the above and leave (keep) the ISIS types in some corner over there and the rest of us all go about our lives over here, thus spreading Order everywhere.

It's possible I'm misinterpreting, but isn't this a sort of definition of "contained" without using the word?!1
