Shocking video 'captures cops shooting dead an unarmed and handcuffed man, 23, then planting a gun b

But family lawyers say footage is 'clear evidence of an execution, a murder'
Graphic new cellphone video has emerged which appears to show cops shooting dead a 23-year-old cyclist as he lay handcuffed on the ground.

Noel Aguilar was killed by Los Angeles County deputies Albert Murad and Jose Ruiz in 2014 who claimed that they shot him after he tried to grab one of their guns. They also alleged Aguilar had a loaded weapon.

Now footage of the incident, dropped off anonymously at the attorney's office for the suspect's family, appears to show the two officers shooting Aguilar while he was lying face down on the ground with his hands cuffed behind him.

_____
Cellphone footage then shows the two deputies grappling with the suspect on the ground before one warns the young man that if he moves, 'I'm going to kill you.'

Sheriff's officials say Aguilar reached for one of the deputies' guns although this is not clear in the video.

The next moment, one of the officers complained 'I've been shot.'

It was later discovered that the officer was shot with his partner's gun.

Aguilar is heard insisting that he had not shot anyone and asks to know why one of the officers was pulling a gun on him.

this is standard practice and is more prevalent than mass shootings. We are so sick and so screwn as a people.

They do this, then lie under oath. I don't care if they have cameras on them. They will find some way for the cameras to not work, or not pickup the scene when they are needed the most.

the last person that we know to see my sister alive was a deputy with the local sheriff's office. Two different affidavits provided say one was speaking with her a day before her body was found in the Intercoastal Waterway. When questioned not a single deputy would admit to being with her that Saturday afternoon. Even though one was certainly talking to her on the side of the road.

See, my sister was an addict. She had had issues for years so the sheriff's office knew her well. Her being an addict lead to no one caring who killed her. Her murder is now a 15 year old cold case so I don't hold out hope for her killer ever being captured. Especially, if it's as I expect, it was a cop who killed her.

who was picked up by the cops in malibu? then they released her in the wee hours of the morning and she disappeared. no one knew "anything" about what happened to her. later, her body was found in a canyon - and her murder traced back to a cop, if i am not mistaken.

I didn't mean to take away from your video. It's a very important issue and one that seems to go ignored most of the time. Even though I don't hold out hope for justice for my sister I do believe more people are paying attention to cop's actions now. Sadly though, not much is changing as far as I can see (a few more cops charged but most continue on the job regardless of their actions). More exposure might help.

Double sorrow, draa

People say life can be so harsh, but it's not life that's harsh its people who are harsh. People like murderous cops, drug cartel heads who profit off others addiction and misery, oligarch's who steal people's life savings and life energy, slaveholders, rapists.

There are more good people, kind people, helpful people and healing people in the world than bad ones.

the harder the cops will dig in, until... change is forced upon.

I am not sure how long it will take. But all those lives...

I am sorry by the way for your loss. And you are right, our society does not give a shit what happens to addicts. I do, but we tend to give voice and cover stories involving the least among us. (And take shit over it)

and they took that opportunity to MURDER the suspect! Instead of reporting it as cop error, it was easier to just MURDER an innocent person!

accidental shootings have gone up... these guns have no safety.

So this makes the WHOLE DEPARTMENT liable.
