11. I'm enjoying the snark, but to tell the truth I don't think he's drunk, I think there is something

wrong with him medically, organically. He may be on meds and his inability to stand upright without someone holding him leads me to think the beginnings of Parkinsons or something along those lines. Maybe not but he isn't drunk. I can spot one a mile away, medicated perhaps.
