he said all along it would move to a low tax state and sure enough...GE moved to........Massachusetts!!!

I'm sure the gov there gave GE lots of tax goodies but Joe kept saying it would move it's main campus to Alabama (Joe grew up in AL but lives now in CT) or another state that had low corporate and other taxes....

fought it and ended up he didn't pay a dime. As a matter of fact he even got back a million dollars in refund.
