Should pacifists be imprisoned? Should we bring back the Draft?

This weekend, as we honor a great American Pacifist, it seems like a good time to ask whether or not Pacifists are sufficiently patriotic to be allowed to walk the streets freely.

There are some calling for a draft, so that Pacifists and others opposed to war can be imprisoned as traitors.

So, should we bring back the draft and throw Pacifists in prison?

edit - two bills, both sponsored by Republicans to bring back the draft.
