OF course, if we can manage to leave the corporations in charge, that map will change as they continue to rid us of all that pesky Greenland and Arctic Ice .

of the big blue wet thing but no. For some reason that is a selling point. I live on a hill so will someday have the ocean at my property maybe.

as it is being coastal, long lengths of non-urban coast disappear in that projection, while cities everywhere buldge.

No doubt a handful of factors are in play in land values.

Another thing to consider with this map is that money buys influence. It seems likely that this projection indicates where that power is situated.
